Reports and reporting obligations

GHG quota

  • Submissions to the main customs office or biofuel quota office

EU ETS I

  • Preparation and expert support for annual emissions reporting
  • Preparation and support for verification by the certification body
  • Coordination with certification body and DEHSt
  • Support with union registry accounts and processes
  • Support with timely surrender of emission allowances
  • Compliant classification and consideration of deductible fuels and fuel shares, e.g. biomass, biomethane, RFNBO or waste fuels
  • Support with regulatory avoidance of double counting and delimitation from nEHS

nEHS

  • Review of obligations under BEHG and EBeV
  • Creation, revision and updating of monitoring plans
  • Preparation and expert support for annual emissions reporting
  • Support with nEHS registry accounts and processes
  • Entry of emissions in the nEHS register
  • Support with timely surrender of nEHS certificates
  • Coordination with DEHSt and certification body
  • Compliant classification and consideration of deductible renewable power and fuels and biogenic fuel shares
  • Support with regulatory avoidance of double counting and delimitation from EU ETS I
